ABOUT MY USERNAME
For the people who still doesn't know. My username came from a Character from Mermaid Melody. Noel is a character from Mermaid Melody I choose her because of her personality traits. She takes everything and think about it before she acts on what to do. She's one of my fave anime female characters ever.
WHO ENCOURAGE ME TO SIGN UP?
The first profile I have seen on MT is PINKPRINCESSLACUS'S profile. I love her works then. So I started to browse her work, I admired it so much. And then I came into ENCHANTRESSINTHEDARK'S profile. Enchant-san's profile then was so beautiful and I thought that I want to do what they are also doing. Create wallpapers and userpages, but in the end I cannot do it since there are too many requirements. But PINKPRINCESSLACUS and ENCHANTRESSINTHEDARK are the people who encouraged me to sign up to MT

Hey Noel I've got you as an Admin on Happy-Lesson we'll just have to sit down sometime to work on a layout. I know I've seen in some groups they'll have Founder/Admin Task: _ and Admin Task _ kinda deals so people know who to contact on things thats just one thing I'd love to see there if its possible.
